Chiropractic Approach
Dr. Hans retired at the end of 2024 to fully devote his time and expertise to online health and fitness coaching for men over 50. When he was in practice, he used the gentle and non-invasive methods of chiropractic Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) and Koren Specific Technique (KST) and implemented the more “traditional” system of spinal manipulation only in certain circumstances.
Koren Specific Technique
Koren Specific Techniqe (KST) is a gentle chiropractic approach developed in 2003. With KST, the spine is not manipulated, there are no ‘cracking sounds’ and no discomfort whatsoever. This new method is ideal to work with all ages, including newborns and the elderly, even people that had previous spinal surgeries or who have Osteoporosis.
How is KST Done?
The gentle treatments are done with the Arthrostim instrument. This electronic hand held device delivers precise gentle impulses to align the spine, remove pressure from the nerve system, and to release areas of blockage in the body using a frequency of 12 light taps per second. This frequency is also known as the Schumann resonance and is often referred to as the Earth’s background base frequency, or “heartbeat”. It has been found that our body’s healing response is accelerated when the Schumann frequency is used. Dr. Hans has been getting great results working with patients with all types of different conditions using this gentle approach.
Network Spinal Analysis
Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) evolved from the chiropractic profession in 1985 and has become one of the world’s most sought after methods of healing and transformation.
How Does NSA Work?
NSA treatments, called Spinal Entrainments™, last approximately 20 minutes, are done fully clothed, and do not consist of “cracking” or forcing the spine, neck or back in any way. NSA is applied to the body through a series of gentle contacts along the spine ranging from the bottom of the skull to the tailbone. These areas connect to the frontal cortex (front portion) of the brain. The Spinal Entrainments release stress and trauma of past events that have been locked in the frontal cortex, resulting in profound global changes in our bodies. The frontal cortex of our brain is responsible for the “blueprint” that creates the patterns for physical healing and regeneration, mental and emotional behavior, and spiritual awareness and connection.
